Shipping policy

UK SHIPPING

We currently offer one UK shipping option:

● Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
● £2.99 per order
● Fully tracked service
● Estimated delivery: 3–4 working days

Orders are typically dispatched on the next working day after your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe of 3–4 working days will apply.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.

PRE-ORDERS

If you have purchased a pre-order item, including the Yumi African Net Exfoliating Glove, please note that this product is not immediately available for dispatch.

Pre-order items require approximately 30 working days before they are available for shipment.

Once your pre-order is ready and has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery.
