What is the return policy?
We hope you love your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched on the next working day and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.
UK deliveries usually takes 3-4 working days, and you will receive a tracking email when your order has been shipped.
Pre-Orders
After Purchase, Pre-order items require up to 30 working days to be prepared and made ready for dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and our standard shipping timeframes outlined above will then apply.
